Forgot your password?

If you use an email login code, there is no people password to reset. Request a fresh code on the sign-in screen.

If you choose Cloudflare as your login method, reset that account’s password using Cloudflare’s secure recovery page.

Not receiving your login code?

Use the work email your workspace owner invited. Check spam for email from noreply@notify.cloudflare.com.

Codes expire after ten minutes. Requesting another code replaces the previous one, so use only the newest email.

Need help with your authenticator?

Use the current six-digit code from the authenticator you enrolled. It is different from your email login code.

If you have lost that device, contact the workspace owner to recover access. Keep setup keys and codes private.
